Clean School Paper is a condensed form of Nice New Clean School Paper, an ASL handtwister that Robyn taught her class during a presentation as an Master of Fine Arts postgrad at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Yes! We are proud to be part of the #deafecosystem. We both offer different perspectives of growing up Deaf. Charity grew up attending the Kansas School for the Deaf. Her parents and brother are deaf, and her sister is a CODA fluent in ASL. Robyn grew up as one of two Deaf people at her elementary, middle and high schools. As Robyn is an only child and grandchild, her parents and grandparents took sign language classes (mostly SEE, it was the 1980s!) and are fluent in sign language.

Values
We strive to be! Our prints and tote bags are made of recycled or eco-friendly materials. Our shipping materials are also primarily made of recycled, eco-friendly materials. Our vendors are local and environmentally friendly when possible. We avoid plastic whenever we can, and only package our prints in compostable clear sleeves when needed. Most importantly, we are always looking for new ways to improve. After assembling your order, we hop onto our bikes to drop off your package at the post office!

Shipping and Safety
We ship all in-stock items within 2-5 business days, usually via USPS unless you tell us otherwise. Once your order is shipped, refer to your shipping rate for the postal shipping time. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. If your item is a special pre-order, shipping times may vary- we'll work hard to get your order to you within 4 weeks.
Yes! International rates are based on the shipping method, destination and the weight of the order. Customs and/or import duties (like VAT and GST costs) are not included in your shipping charges, and may be charged once the package arrives. These charges will need to be paid by the recipient upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions.
We're the ones who prepare your order! We are careful about where and when we go out into public, practice safe social distancing and wear masks when indoors. We follow safety procedures and measures when handling Clean School Paper products and preparing shipments.

When we're doing local events, you can pick up your orders at our events! Our stomping grounds are San Luis Obispo, CA (SLO as the locals call it). SLO is 3 hours from both Fremont and Riverside, so whenever you're on Highway 1 or 101, come visit us (and we'll tell you all about our elephant seals and wild zebra)! Right now, because of COVID-19, we'll meet you in a public space outside, practice social distancing and wear masks. Thanks for doing the same!
