The short answer: We ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days, usually via USPS unless you tell us otherwise. Once your order is shipped, refer to your shipping rate for the postal shipping time. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. If your item is a special pre-order, shipping times may vary- we'll work hard to get your order to you within 4 weeks.
The long answer: In an effort to ship your products out quickly and efficiently, orders received before 12 pm (noon) PST (Pacific Time, U.S.) will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. U.S. holidays and weekends are not considered business days. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, your shipment may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If there are any issues that may cause delays in shipping your order, we will email you pronto.
P.S. We offer First Class, 2 day (Priority Mail) and next day shipping options. Here's an example: if you choose 2-day shipping and place your order before 12 pm (PST) during the week, you will receive the order in 2 days. If you have any specific needs please contact us.

Pre-orders usually take 4 weeks to ship out, but shipping dates sometimes change so be sure to check the product page for the most recent updates on shipping times. Yep! We’ll send over your tracking information as soon as we get your package out the door. You can also track your order on your account page too. It could take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update, so don’t panic. We've got you!

Man, we've all been in that situation when the lights don't flash and you miss the whole dang thing. USPS, UPS and FedEx will automatically try to redeliver the package. To schedule a redelivery, click on your shipping provider here: USPS (redelivery), UPS (redelivery) and FedEx (redelivery). If you're having a stretch of bad luck, you might want to hold the package at a USPS, UPS or FedEx location for pick-up (this is sometimes called Will Call).
Sure! Most of our products can be shipped to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Products that cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses are marked on the product page. Unfortunately, tracking is unavailable.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, don’t forget:
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- The country you select must be United States
- You must enter your zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered, so allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
Yes! International rates are based on the shipping method, destination and the weight of the order. Customs and/or import duties (like VAT and GST costs) are not included in your shipping charges, and may be charged once the package arrives. These charges will need to be paid by the recipient upon arrival. We don’t issue refunds for customs fees, shipping cost, or the cost of your goods should you refuse to pay upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions.

We accept all unused and unwashed items that are in the same condition in which you received them within 30 days of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage, wear or are not in the same condition in which you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and be in the same condition in which you received it. We encourage you to be eco-friendly and reuse the original packaging to return your item if possible. Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund.
We will provide you with a shipping label you can use for your U.S. based return. Customers located outside of the U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees. When your return is received and approved, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please log into your account or contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, including the reason for your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them within 30 days of sale.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in your refund (if applicable).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can exchange it for a replacement of the same product. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different item from our store, no problem! Here are the steps for an exchange for a different item:
1. Request a refund for your item through your account and select the Exchange for a Different Item option.
2. Purchase the new item and send us your order number via our contact form. In the contact form, tell us that this was part of an exchange. We'll ship out your new item to you.
3. Return your original item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Don't have a RMA number? Let us know.
4. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. When your return is received and approved, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
